Manager, Property Management

Our client is a market leader in innovative Real estate solutions in Asia. Strategically involved in Turnkey Engineering, Construction and Project Management as well as Real estate development, leasing and asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of properties within the Company's portfolio
• Strategic planning, implementation and execution of property management best practices across portfolio
• Responsible for annual property management budget preparation, planning and controlling of operating and capital expenses
• Ensure proper upkeep of all lease properties and compliance with all statutory regulations and code of practice
• Review operation procedures and set Standard Operating Procedures for implementation and align across portfolio.
• Set key performance indicators and ensure managing agent's performance is being adhere to the standard set by the management.
• Ensure all property management reports are reviewed and submitted to the management and JV partners by the stipulated deadline
• Responsible for executing all identified and approved asset enhancement initiatives (AEis) and improvement plans
• Provide inputs and advise for new development from property management point of view during design review stage and work with respective teams to ensure operation readiness upon TOP for the development.
• Provide property management proposal and costings to support new leasing business proposal as and when applicable
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Estate Management or its equivalent Candidate who is a certified Fire Safety Manager, Greenmark Facility Manager will be preferred
• Minimum 8 years' experience in managing Business Park, commercial spaces
• Candidate with BIM trainings and experience will have an added advantage
• Candidate who is familiar with Yardi system will have an added advantage
• Possesses good knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services
• Team player who possesses good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Establish and maintain strong and positive relationship with tenants, vendors and all stakeholders.
