Our client is currently expanding their HR Department due to ongoing growth. You will be part of the organisation’s Total Rewards team, with specific focus into end-to-end compensation management - performance management, compensation benchmarking exercises, annual surveys, strategic projects, and BAU support. You will also support the organisation's Talent Management endeavours, managing the High-Po talent pool's progress monitoring and program administration.
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with 8 to 15 years of work experience in human resources, of which at least 5 years in managing total rewards operations and projects. You have good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and are a keen learner who appreciates challenges and personal development.
