Our client is a vibrant finance shared services organisation in the healthcare space. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for Manager, Process Improvement & Automation to join their dynamic organisation.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Business Process Improvement, you will support the Head in exacting business transformation review and process re-engineering programmes, driving process simplification, standardization and automation for function and cross-functional collaboration including all activities necessary to define, measure, analyse, improve and control new and/or existing processes. You will translate business requirement from transformation and process excellence initiatives to digital projects.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 to 8 years of Business Process Improvement / Transformation experience – in optimising system capability and automating functionality. You have proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
