Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and travel coordination
  • Office upkeeping
  • Petty cash management and invoice processing
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Maintenance of administrative documents
  • Support People Operations team in on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
  • Provide leave cover for Operations Assistant & Barista
  • All other duties as required by Management
 

Key Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Any Field
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in relevant field
     

Other information

  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
  • Basic Salary: S$4000 or Above + Bonuses
