Job description

Our client is a provider of integrated engineering services specialized in wastewater treatment solutions and vacuum systems.


Job responsibilities:

  • To be on the company’s Board of Director
  • Establish work priorities and sequence, assign work and manage all operations work performance focusing on efficiency, work quality, cost, schedule and related customer service
  • Oversee the work of the water and wastewater treatment plants, ensure compliance with all restrictions and regulations; maintain and repair to ensure the proper functioning of water and wastewater facilities.
  • Assist in planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating the forecast budget and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives
  • Participate in the development of and monitor performance against the annual budget; negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Review engineering design plans for the production and distribution system and facilities to ensure conformance with standards and policies; performs file and site visits
  • Lead coordination and integration of efforts among the operations and administrative team to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
  • Oversee the operation and administrative team ensuring achieve the goals set by the company leadership
  • Effectively communicates department strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with General Manager in a timely manner
  • Other duties include coordinating with government/agencies to ensure full compliance with all rules and regulations



  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant majors.
  • At least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in similar industry.
  • Good planning skills and to liaise with direct management, professional, technical and administrative staff
  • Experience in directing the development and/or analysis of operational and maintenance processes, procedures, plans, contracts, budgets, and regulatory filings.
  • Analyze and make sound recommendations on complex construction, operation, and maintenance issues in accordance with laws, regulations, rules and policies.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
