They are seeking a skilled Senior IT Specialist for TMS to provide technical leadership for Logistics projects in the IT Logistics division. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Logistics projects' technical success.
- Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
- Lead solution design, development, and testing phases for new projects and enhancements
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support.
- Engage IT management for effective issue resolution.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering timely and cost-effective IT solutions.
- Shape the customer implementation and enhancement expense budget.
- Collaborate with cutting-edge technology and diverse professionals.
- Support Manager in SLA and AMS management for outsourced vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years in transportation, information technology, or systems engineering
- Proficiency in business analysis, solution design, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong knowledge of OTM, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Proven ability to convert business needs into functional requirements.
- Expertise in diverse SDLC phases and process improvement
- Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in project management and team collaboration.
