Our client is currently expanding their HR Department due to strategic development initiatives. This is a newly created role with specific focus into end-to-end compensation redesign and manpower planning. You will work with external consultants to redefine total rewards strategy for the organisation in ensuring the organisation's competitiveness in a C&B perspective both in Singapore and abroad.
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with 5 to 8 years of work experience in human resources, of which at least 3 to 5 years in C&B operations, strategy and projects. You have good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and are a keen learner who appreciates challenges and personal development.
