The Role
In this role, you will be working closely with the various of government agencies, land planners, architects, and engineers on the commercial, and industrial designs of project. Putting together project briefs and lead in the tender preparation to choose and appoint project consultants and contractors, also to coordinate with the stakeholders and monitor on the project. A problem solver to identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes, and effect appropriate solutions. To lead by managing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the projects are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building developments in developer, consultancy, and contractor organisation. Experienced in Civil, M&E Engineering, and Architecture.
