Job description

My client is a leading prestigious lifestyle company. With a strong global presence and having experienced exponential growth in the recent years, they are looking for a data-driven Regional CRM and Analytics Manager to create and drive new CRM projects across the SEA region.


  • Create and drive client activations campaigns, optimising the client experience and maximising acquisition, conversion, and loyalty efforts to support continuous progression of the company's CRM programmes
  • Optimise current CRM-related processes, working together with CRM agencies and in-market teams on localisation and roll-out across omnichannel platforms (email, social messaging, printed mailers)​
  • Analyse performance of campaigns activation and execution, running A/B tests and utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other analytics tools to drive continuous campaign improvement.​
  • Create and share best CRM practices across the region, honing strong understanding of consumers and competitors to continuously identify opportunities and gaps


  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM / client activation​
  • Strong proven experience and proficiency in Salesforce Cloud platforms (certification required)​
  • Regional / global experience is necessary
  • Experience in project management and planning​
  • Knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, and other CRM platforms/tools is a huge advantage​
  • Prior working experience in a luxury / premium goods company is advantageous​
