Job description
My client is one of the largest and more renowned players in the luxury space, with a strong global presence. They have been experiencing exponential growth and are now looking for a Regional eCommerce Manager (SEAPAC) to develop omnichannel projects and identify new online business opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Grow the brand's eCommerce presence and performance, leading all projects with in-market teams
- Analyse digital business from a sales, merchandising, and marketing standpoint and monitor day to day eCommerce activities to achieve set KPIs including sales, traffic, and user engagement
- Work closely with the boutique team to understand customer buying habits and implement new omnichannel strategies to streamline O+O / O2O projects
- Support the implementation of regional CRM efforts, both online and offline
- Strategise and drive omnichannel client engagement and activation (CRM) efforts (offline engagement among retail staff/client managers and on online channels)
Requirements
- >7 years of experience in an eCommerce / omnichannel role
- Understanding and prior experience working within a luxury set-up would be beneficial
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Regional exposure (SEA or APAC) is preferred
