- To build on existing customer accounts with strong relationships via key decision makers and influencers.
- Work and review regional key account as you provide relevant business recommendations.
- Develop data driven insights and drive through RFP and RFQ proposals accordingly.
- Provide and manage overall customer satisfaction with excellent service delivery.
- Execute and align both strategic and tactical business goals with teams.
- Work on regional accounts’ performance and oversee market intelligence reports for management level.
- Min bachelor’s degree or diploma education is preferred.
- Min. 5 years of work experience from preferred sectors like container /logistics business.
- Have strong team player dynamics
- Be able to drive work through collaborative and engaging business environment.
