The Company:

My client is a global leader in the B2B industrial and manufacturing sector and have been making large waves across the region in recent years. To support this exponential growth, they are currently looking for a strategic and seasoned Regional Marketing Director to drive marketing capabilities across key markets within the region.

In this highly visible position, you will leverage excellent team management capabilities, senior stakeholder management skills, and keen business acumen to drive and shape the company's short and long term marketing strategy. Liaising with cross-functional teams, you will open up opportunities for overall business and revenue growth.


  • Develop and execute regional digital marketing plans that align with the overall company's marketing strategy and sales goals.
  • Lead a matrix team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.



  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing, with strong regional exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region, as required.
