Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with manager, leadership teams and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide talent acquisition solutions and recruitment plans
- Proven ability to do direct sourcing and headhunting to attract top talents
- Build internal talent pipelines to support business needs
- Lead candidate negotiations and put in place appropriate employment agreement, ensure smooth handover and onboarding process
- Collect, maintain, and be up to date on competitor dynamics and market intelligence for leadership team and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with search firms to drive timely and sourcing of high-quality candidate pool
Experience and Key Competencies:
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, familiarity with real estate investment and/or property development industry is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant discipline preferred
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (eg. LinkedIn recruiting solutions, social platforms, Boolean search and talent mapping), prior in-house recruitment experience highly preferred
