My client, a global beauty MNC is experiencing exponential growth. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail and Education Manager to oversee the core responsibility of driving both retail and net sales. They individual would be able to tap into your commercial acumen to develop and implement commercial strategy to achieve sales goals for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve sales goals
- Analyze and assess retail productivity across channels, including monitoring of retail and service KPIs
- Coach and development the field tea and ensure continuous improvement of overall team productivity
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ideate in-store activities, tactical offers and support focus categories and key launches
- Plan Training Calendar according to launch calendar
Requirements:
- 5 years of training/sales experience in cosmetic/retail environment
- Results oriented individual with the ability to translate insights to business strategies
- Proven experience in leading a team
