· Grow, build and manage strategic plans with tactical activities for Ocean Freight business regionally.
· Manage and build BUs and Clusters with enforcement of company policies across various markets. Drives and proposes operating and capital expenditure budgets for review and approval by executive management.
· Identify and develop customer opportunities and convert them into successful solutions at target customers across APAC’s Ocean Freight Business.
· Deliver and aim for business strategies with regional counterparts.
· Able to handle very ambiguous and matrix organisation.
· Strong background in the sales process of dealing with regional or global Ocean Freight industry well.
· Track record of having at least 10 years over sales for ocean freight forwarding sales business.
· Entrepreneurship, consultative selling approach knowing the industry and the client’s key issues and business drivers.
· Strong multi-cultural and leadership skills in a very diverse business environment.
