Responsibilities
- Coordinate for rolling out SAP project & liaising with various departments such as Finance, Logistics, Operations, Quality,
- Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, keeping stakeholders informed about the project status, Progress & issues.
- Inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
- Organizing and executing business tasks according to customers’ requirements. Implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Resolve project issue management and/or escalate to SAP Program Manager and program management for resolution on timely basis
- Milestone planning and tracking, risk management, escalation management, and mitigation of risks.
- Plan, support, conduct, and /or execute all activities and deliverables throughout project phases (Initiation, Preparation, Realization, Testing, Cutover, Go Live, Stabilization).
- Share SAP business or IT expertise and knowledge to help the business attain goals and solve problems.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or any other equivalent degree
- Experience in SAP modules, preferably in Material Management or in Material Flow & Warehousing
- Understanding of cross-functional business processes in Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of current SAP systems, deployment, and integration with at least a few years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience.
- Project management skills, Change Management
- Able to work in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, moderation, integration, and presentation skills
- High willingness to travel and to spend several months at a time at locations
