The Company
They are a Licensed Fund Manager under the Monetary Authority of Singapore, headquartered in Singapore. The Company manages a private equity fund that focuses on private equity growth capital/buyout investments in mid-market companies in the Asia Pacific region.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage and execute the accounting and finance related matters at the levels of fund and portfolio companies
● Prepare/review monthly and quarterly financial reports that are to be submitted to MAS and Limited Partners
● Work with external stakeholders such as fund administers, tax advisors, auditors, etc. to manage the reporting process
● Work with compliance officers on the compliance/financial/tax related matters
● Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and report to CFO
● Monitoring cash flows and cash balances
● Liaise with the investment team to support them from accounting and finance perspectives during investment transactions
● Liaise with regulators including, but not limited to, the MAS and handle the necessary and relevant documents in accordance with the regulatory requirement
● Handle the consolidation of the Partnership
● Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
● At least 5 years of fund accounting & finance experience with exposure to the Private Equity Fund industry
● Bachelor degree in Accounting and Certifications as a Qualified Accountant
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make judgements/recommendations
● Good communications and interpersonal skills
● Motivated, diligent and responsible
