We are working with an iconic lifestyle group and they are currently looking for talents to join their expanding Finance team as a Senior Accounts Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete set of accounts, encompassing tasks such as invoicing, updating receipts, processing vendor invoices, arranging payments, recording journal entries, managing inter-company charges, conducting bank reconciliations, maintaining balance sheet schedules, and overseeing fixed assets registers.
- Supervise the month-end closing process to ensure timely closure of all journals, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) sections.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Statements for Management Reporting.
- Prepare and review all Balance Sheet Schedules, ensuring alignment with control accounts, and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with external/internal auditors and tax agents as necessary.
- Handle and ensure compliance with finance-related filing requirements, audits, and tax filings, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Assist and support forecasting and budgeting exercises.
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems within the finance function.
Key Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the F&B industry.
- Technically strong in accounts
- Capable of working independently while fostering a strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in accounting software is a plus.
