Job description

Job Purpose

As a part of Bancassurance Team, there is a responsibility to develop and strengthen the sales performance of frontline sales team. The ultimate objective is to achieve Top and Bottom Line Budget numbers and maintain market leadership.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Key deliverables to achieve FY TWNS and NBEV Budget
  • Conduct product and process training for new on-board advisors
  • Monitor individual cluster Bancassurance products sales and trends
  • Able to do data analysis for entire network, clusters and teams
  • Formulate marketing strategies and action plans to increase penetration and sales
  • Responsible for insurance and market updates, especially in HNW products.
  • Drive Bancassurance tactical challenges and campaigns
  • Strong engagement with strategic distribution partners
  • Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Liaise and work closely with including but not limited to New Business Underwriting Department, Prestige Client Office and AML team for case management
  • Assisting in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Head of Department or Head of Section
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to e.g. Bancassurance Appreciation Dinner
 
Requirements:
  • Possess a relevant Degree and necessary certifications in CMFAS modules
  • Preferably with 5 or more years of sales/banking experience & 2 -3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience in Life insurance, Health insurance and Bancassurance highly desirable
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good sense and oversight on risk awareness
  • Understanding of Bancassurance market trends and good in data analysis
