Job Purpose
As a part of Bancassurance Team, there is a responsibility to develop and strengthen the sales performance of frontline sales team. The ultimate objective is to achieve Top and Bottom Line Budget numbers and maintain market leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Key deliverables to achieve FY TWNS and NBEV Budget
- Conduct product and process training for new on-board advisors
- Monitor individual cluster Bancassurance products sales and trends
- Able to do data analysis for entire network, clusters and teams
- Formulate marketing strategies and action plans to increase penetration and sales
- Responsible for insurance and market updates, especially in HNW products.
- Drive Bancassurance tactical challenges and campaigns
- Strong engagement with strategic distribution partners
- Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Liaise and work closely with including but not limited to New Business Underwriting Department, Prestige Client Office and AML team for case management
- Assisting in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Head of Department or Head of Section
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to e.g. Bancassurance Appreciation Dinner
Requirements:
- Possess a relevant Degree and necessary certifications in CMFAS modules
- Preferably with 5 or more years of sales/banking experience & 2 -3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in Life insurance, Health insurance and Bancassurance highly desirable
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good sense and oversight on risk awareness
- Understanding of Bancassurance market trends and good in data analysis
