Job description

Our Client is an Established Food & Beverage Corporation. They are seeking for an Individual to join their growing business as a Senior HR & Admin Executive/ Specialist. 
Job responsibilities: 
  • In charge of full spectrum HR operation and administration
  • Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of  Employment passes
  • General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc
  • Preparing of new joiners;  IT/email setup, stationery, name card, laptop
  • Ensure insurance coverage for new joiners.  
  • Other government related matters. - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claim etc ..
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements: 
  • Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field
  • Min. 3 years of HR Generalist/Operations professional Experience
  • Familiar with End to End Payroll Processing
Other Information:
  • Location: 100% working from home
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days. Monday to Saturday, Office hours.
