Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end talent Acquisition, supporting recruitment for a variety of positions from corporate functions to tech
  • Manage from onboarding to offboarding process
  • Working with team on HR Reporting and Analytics & Budgeting
  • Lead and drive performance management process
  • Plan employee engagement programmes
  • Partnering HR Manager to design and manage learning and development programme and review effectiveness and identify areas for continual improvement
  • Manage and oversee Office & HR Administration function

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR / equivalent
  • 3-5 years of HR experience is required
  • Functional focus in recruitment, engagement and training is highly advantageous
