Representing our client, a leading pharma healthcare group with strong footprints across ASEAN, we are seeking for a Senior HR Manager, on a leadership capacity to lead the HR and admin function, directly reporting into the CEO :
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a role of Head for HR department, responsible for full spectrum of HR duties
- Manage 4-5 HR executives across ASEAN
- Ensuring HR strategies and policies play a strong part in attracting, nurturing and retaining talents
- Management of employee relations, training and development programs, HRIS and preparation of annual budget from HR perspective
- Manage and oversee office space, facilities, vendor relationships
- Managing Corporate communications, internal communications, CSR activities and implementing appropriate social media strategies for employer branding purpose
- Work along side consultant on all sustainability and CSR reporting related matters for the organization
Requirements:
- Degree with 10 years of HR experience
- Strong partnering experience
- Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably from Pharmaceutical firms previously
