Job description

Representing our client in the FMCG industry, a household brand, best known for handy appliances for homes and kitchen, we are seeking for a Senior Manager, with functional expertise on learning and development, including talent management, succession planning, performance review and evaluations :

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide key HR policies and processes in the given assigned markets (SG and Msia), guiding delivery of HR services through understanding organisation needs and requirements
  • Support department organization capability and org design, providing operational support in implementing the people strategy
  • Drive and implement L& D initiatives, not limited to succession planning, talent management, training and performance review/ evaluations
  • Providing business partnering knowledge or operational support for employee related matters such as engagement, payroll, or recruitment related
  • Apply change management knowledge, being an advocate of change improvements, driving employee engagement
  • Business partner with commercial units and ensure success of HR policies to drive growth within the organization

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree with 10 years of HR experience
  • Strong partnering experience , with functional specialization in Learning and development
  • Proven experience in providing HR support to Commercial units / departments/ organisations
  • FMCG industry is a plus
