Job description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties.
- Ensure accuracy & timely processing of payroll payment including CPF and work pass levy related matters.
- Manage staff insurance related matters.
- In-charge of updating staff data in HR system for all stages of employee life cycle with the company.
- Familiar with the processing of maternity, childcare and NSmen make-up claims.
- Responsible for staff compensation and benefits matters.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of IR8A and IR21.
- Manage the exit process of resigned staff.
- Work closely with Management to provide HR generalist support to the business.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Any Field.
- Min. 3 years of Professional Experience
