Job description

Our Client is an Established Logistics, Storage & Supply Chain Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a Senior HR Executive. 
This is an APAC role to provide HR & Admin. support on a wide range of services including but not limited to talent acquisition, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee engagement, and social welfare. Playing an integral role in suggesting/implementing best practices and participating actively in HR projects
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Be actively involved in the design and implementation of HR strategies, projects, and initiatives.
  2. Manage and facilitate performance management system/campaign including objective setting, development planning, and calibration processes.
  3. Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development.
  4. Develop training plans (gap analysis) and identify learning opportunities for employee development
  5. Work with HR team in APAC on a regular basis on advisory, operational support issues, and program initiatives
  6. Participate in the draft/review and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures
Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum Diploma in HR related field, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HR generalist experience in a MNC environment
