Job description

Our Client is an Established Manufacturing Multinational Corporation. They are looking for an individual to join their growing business as a Senior Human Resource Generalist.

 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.).
  • Monthly Payroll processing for all staff.
  • Proposing and Managing Employee Engagement Programs.
  • Responsible for recruitment, selection and proper assimilation of new hires.
  • Developing, implementing and administering HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs.
  • Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program.
  • Any other HR projects as assigned.
Key Requirements:
  • Min. Degree in Any Field.
  • Min. 8 years of Professional Experience in Relevant Field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Workday will be an added advantage.
