Job description

Job Description: 
  • Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training road map
  • Review of staff skills and performance periodically
  • Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
  • Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
  • Partner subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources
  • Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
  • Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners
  • Conduct orientation
  • Support audits pertaining to training records
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required skills and experience required
  • Adhere to company policy and work environment
 
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 5 years related experience in Training/Talent Development
  • Familiar with facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities
