Job Description:
- Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training road map
- Review of staff skills and performance periodically
- Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
- Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
- Partner subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
- Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners
- Conduct orientation
- Support audits pertaining to training records
- Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required skills and experience required
- Adhere to company policy and work environment
Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years related experience in Training/Talent Development
- Familiar with facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities
