Our client is a vibrant finance shared services organisation in the healthcare space. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Business Process Improvement to join their dynamic organisation.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Business Process Improvement you will play a 2IC role in supporting the strategic and operational direction for the Business Process Improvement Department. As a catalyst of change, you will provide guidance to a team to assist the functional departments in incorporating a Quality Excellence culture and the execution of Business Process Transformation plans to achieve long term sustainability and organisation goal.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 6 to 10 years of Business Process Improvement / Transformation experience – in optimising system capability and automating functionality. You have proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
