Job description

Acting as leading HR Champion on behalf of our growing freight forwarding client company, you would be driving talent management and HR excellence across business strategic plans of the organisation.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Define action plans in developing the organization as Employer of Choice.
  • Partner with regional business leaders proactively to understand current / future manpower needs, and share market manpower information and trend.
  • Understand talent market trend and develop innovative and sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans with country HR team.
  • Source, evaluate and identify the best candidate sourcing platforms at regional level for the organization to enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency with economies of scale.
  • Evaluate the talent acquisition process frequently for continuous improvement.
  • Participate and provide feedback in the recruitment and selection process of senior / regional positions, as well as HR positions.
  • Provide direction to country HR team to plan, design and execute employer branding activities.
  • On-Boarding Review with country HR team regularly in improving our on-boarding process in innovative and creative way to enhance employee experience in the organization.
  • Work with other regional HR team in polishing New Hire Orientation program.
  • Act as main focal point for new hire senior leaders.
 
 
Requirements
 
  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline. Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in Human Resources leadership role preferably in international organizations, preferably in Logistics industry.
  • Proven track record in rolling out strategic HR initiatives and thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment.
  • Well versed in labour ordinance and other HR related regulations (e.g. pension, retirement, occupational health and safety etc.).
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to handle multiple key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Strong analytic and execution skills with attention to details.
  • Must have a good sense of urgency in meetings
