Our Client

Our client is a leading finance shared services organisation in the healthcare space. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for Senior Payroll Manager to join their dynamic organisation.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Payroll you will act in the capacity of deputy head of the department, leading a direct team of 3 Payroll Leads and extended team of around 50 HC. You will work closely with the management team in ensuring the day-to-day operational challenges are well attended to, and services are accorded to client per agreed on SLA. You will also support the Head of Payroll in strategic projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness and enhanced performance e.g. automation or process streamlining.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 8 to 15 years of payroll management experience in managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You are an experienced people manager and have technical familiarity with SAP, and prior experience in process improvement projects / initiatives.
