Our client is specialized in providing automation and digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design automation modules and solutions based on established engineering design principles
- Develop and implements parameters and test plans for new and existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, safety, usability, and reliability
- Collaborate and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution
- Work with project teams comprises robotic engineers, F&B operations teams, and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for F&B IoT automation products
- Lead discussions with suppliers and stake holders for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Possess more than 8 years of relevant experience
- Using Creo, Pro/E or other 3D CAD software both as a design and simulation tool
- Highly experienced in designing and realizing electro-mechanical modules/ solution with customized or off-the- shelf modules, motors, actuators, sensors, end effectors, conveyor and pneumatics systems.
- Innovative and Creative in finding electro-mechanical solutions and ability to design without reference
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates familiar with machine vision, robotics and PLC would be a big plus
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
- Must process Can-Do-Attitude
