Job description
Responsibilities
· Global track and trace initiative: Partner with business stakeholders and IT colleagues towards driving this key project intended to bring in process and systemic synergies providing greater supply chain visibility to our partners and customers
· EDI Implementation for SAP B1 markets: drive the EDI implementation for SAP B1 markets intended to improve the existing business process and better integration with 3PL networks
· Support the D2C (Direct to consumer) initiatives and related supply chain and business processes. Partner with business stakeholders to define and support the implementation of D2C strategy in the region
· Together with Supply Chain Systems Manager support the set-up of Supply Chain COE to enable best practice sharing, not only in systems but in all Supply Chain processes
· Support training initiatives for the Supply Chain community sharing best practices in SAP SD and MM management, commercial traceability and TNT principles
· Support the development of the function’s annual operational plans, RTM (route to market) changes, new product launches in line with the business objectives
· Support the functional leadership in operations and enabling them to achieve the targeted KPIs such as: OTIF, Traceability scan %age, stock obsolescence etc.
Requirements
· Relevant experiences as an analyst under supply planning / logistics/ inventory management or related fields
· Strong knowledge of SAP ECC SD and/or MM modules
· Exposure to Oracle TM or SAP TM or equivalent applications
· Exposure to Power BI and similar tools
· SAP Knowledge in APO
· Exposure to Excel VBA
· Experience in leading supply chain related improvement projects
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
