Our Client: Our client is a global solar power plant leader specializing in the development, design & engineering, financing, EPC, operation & maintenance across different regions in the world. They are currently looking for Site Manager in South Asia.
Job Summary:
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall construction management of solar plants in South Asia. This includes managing the onsite team, conducting site visits and inspections, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring and controlling project construction timeline and cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall solar plant construction management / managing onsite team

Site visits and inspections related construction works

Monitoring and control of project construction timeline and cost

Logistics, material acceptance and material handover to the contractors and coordination with suppliers on delivered materials

Coordination of commissioning and performance tests as well as handover processes
-
Identification and management of risks and chances during construction

Acceptance Tests and Creation of punch lists
-
Creation of weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in solar plant construction

Strong understanding of solar plant design and construction principles

Excellent project management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
