Job description
A local player in the B2C Payments space is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive commercial partnerships with viable players in the market. You will manage the end to end of the negotiation process - from identifying partners, negotiation terms, and forming KPIs, establishing long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners (external partnerships / joint ventures / acquisitions) to drive commercial success for the business, hitting revenue targets and other key KPIs (acquisition, retention, brand reach etc)
- Leverage a strong understanding of the current Payments consumer market and key competitors, working with other internal teams (product, tech) to drive new products and solutions in the market
- Map out long-term partnership plans with the hiring manager, taking into consideration current and future business plans
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in partnership management and business development, with proven capability of bringing in revenue-generating partnerships
- Strong external and senior stakeholder management capabilities with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience or strong interest in the Payments space is a strong plus.
