Sustainability Specialist (Construction)

ESG

• Develop and execute ESG strategies for the Group·
• Prepare the Annual and Sustainability Report·
• Actively contribute to the Group’s sustainability initiatives·
• Advise sustainability the RESG Board on global standards (TCFD/GRI/BCA GM/ISO)·
• Work closely with the local projects team (Business Units) to facilitate the integrity of data consolidation· Work with a multi-disciplinary team to spearhead the Group’s embodied and operational carbon tabulation initiatives·
• Explore opportunities pertaining to awards/sponsorships/collaborations·
• Draft thought leadership articles on the Group’s sustainability efforts

Finance

• Be part of the group financial reporting team responsible for monthly group reporting, group results announcement preparation, quarterly performance reviews, annual budgeting, preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory compliance

Requirements:·

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge in either - Carbon & GHG Accounting/ Lifecycle assessment and related ISOs / Green Building Designs and environmental protection initiatives (BCA Green Mark, Leeds, Singapore Green Plan).
• Good communicator with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong book keeping skills, meticulous with an eye for details.
• Independent, diligent, analytical and self-motivated.
