Our Client is a multi-national organization and a leader in the electronics manufacturing, and they are looking for a high-caliber talents to join the organization as a Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prominent role in the Group's International Tax team in heading any tax matters across the globe.
  • Manage and support finance team in handling corporate tax compliance in accordance with statutory deadlines, ensuring timely filing with external service providers.
  • Coordinate with finance team to complete Transfer Pricing documentation and review methodologies for assigned jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and/ or support group tax accounting matters such as tax payable forecast, monthly effective tax rate analysis, etc.
  • Review tax provision and income tax disclosure note for local entities' audited accounts.
  • Provide tax perspective support for business projects and maintain tax compliance controls.
  • Support cross-functional departments on tax matters.
  • Perform and analyze technical research, explore tax credit and incentive opportunities, and lead strategic tax planning initiatives.
  • Keep track of the latest amendments in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact of the same on the company.

To thrive in this position, you must possess strong analytical abilities with exceptional communication skills. This is crucial as you will need to effectively manage various stakeholders and demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, or a related field.
  • Min. 8-10 years’ experience in corporate tax and/or transfer pricing, preferably with a mixture of international accounting firm and MNC experience. High technology manufacturing industry experience will be an added plus.
  • Professional accounting or tax qualification or certification.
  • Accredited CTA familiar with Singapore tax regulations will be highly preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
