The Technical Manager for Cashless Payment will be leading some of the highest impact and most strategic projects. Ideally, someone who is thinking outside the box motivated and gets the impossible matter solved. Work in a fast-paced environment and often push the boundaries.


  • Lead and coach the team to achieve business objectives-deliver cost and revenue objectives
  • Lead and manage assigned projects. Support on-going activities
  • Provide support in analyzing incidents and leading to a solution
  • Good understanding of the cards and payments domain
  • Serve as liaison between business operations and technical team
  • Conduct requirement gathering and document business requirements and specifications needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementation
  • Evaluate solutions proposed by vendors/partners/PSP and make necessary recommendations
  • Possess excellent communications skills as a candidate who will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, stakeholders (Head of Payments, CCC), vendors and partners in support of a wide range of new and existing payment applications
  • Manage vendor and PSP relationship activities such as regular meetings, support in forum discussions and events
  • Implement corrective and timely actions when required to ensure work stream delivery stays on track
  • Possess experience in driving the delivery of payment projects such as Paylah!, PayNow, NETS, CEPAS
  • Support smooth rollout of enhancements, manage pre and post-implementation activities and develop processes with operations teams
  • Work closely with the team to resolve project, implementation, and production issues
  • Keep updated on current trends, competitors, and developments in both the payment and financial market


  • More than 10 years of experience in payment processing, acquiring businesses of financial institutions, payment service providers and/or FinTech organizations
  • Must have cashless payment experiences with a strong understanding of both POS and mobile payments
  • In-depth technical understanding of payment infrastructure and value chain
  • Experience with payment facilitator model and e-commerce platform
  • Track record in leading and managing complex payment projects through to completion
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as PCI, EMV, Payment Services Act, etc.
  • Sound technical knowledge in Full Stack Java programming, PL/SQL and APIs
