Our Client
Our client is a renowned education entity in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspiration they are currently recruiting for a Total Rewards Manager to join their dynamic HR team.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources you will lead and drive the success of Total Rewards, both compensation & benefits including executive compensation, for the group. This is a Centre of Excellence (COE) lead and people manager role, instrumental in overseeing strategic development and effective administration of the company’s Total Rewards. 

Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 8 to 12 years of experience in HR, with at least 6 years in compensation & benefits function. You are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises.
