The Job
- Outline the high-net-worth (HNW) strategy for the organization and take the lead in guiding the team to execute it
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including reinsurers, to enforce underwriting standards in alignment with governance and compliance policies
- Oversee distributor relationships and guarantee timely and sufficient support for the business, including conducting training session
- Initiate enhancements to the HNW process and cultivate a customer-centric culture within the HNW team
- Accountable for the examination and revision of underwriting guidelines for high-net-worth (HNW) underwriting
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in life insurance underwriting and at least 3 years of experience exclusively in HNW underwriting
- Proficient in areas of life, accident and health insurance
- Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills and business acumen
