Our Client is an Established Banking Group with a Global Presence. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a Workday HCM and Recruiting Systems Lead - APAC.
 

Job Overview:

As the Regional Lead for Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, and Workday Help, you will be the driving force behind the efficient operation of HR systems, particularly Workday, within the APAC region. Your responsibilities will encompass system implementation, maintenance, user support, and collaboration with global counterparts. If you have a strong background in HRIS, exceptional analytical skills, and a knack for translating business needs into technical solutions, this role is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Systems Leadership: Spearhead HR systems initiatives, acting as the go-to expert for Workday modules, and provide guidance to APAC users.

  • System Enhancement: Gather functional and design requirements for system improvements, conduct comprehensive testing, and champion change.

  • Data Management: Oversee data consolidation, migration, and uploads while ensuring data integrity and validation.

  • Reporting Expertise: Maintain and develop a robust reporting suite and dashboard, producing tailored reports for business requirements.

  • Training Facilitation: Conduct HR systems training for end-users, prepare training materials, and manage system-related communications.

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with counterparts in EMEA and the Americas for regression testing, solutioning, and cross-region project support.

  • Vendor Management: Take charge of vendor relationships in project and support models, ensuring seamless collaboration.

  • Ownership: Assume full ownership of at least two Workday functional areas, spanning processes, reports, and integrations, while maintaining a broad understanding of all Workday functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.

  • Versatile Skill Set: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to extract requirements from stakeholders and implement them in Workday, and familiarity with HR processes.

  • Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects, understanding of Project Management methodologies preferred.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Availability: Willingness to engage in calls outside regular working hours.

  • Technical Aptitude: Willingness to acquire technical knowledge and perform Workday configuration.

  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.

  • Deadline-Driven: Thrives under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English.
